The specialized cooks at Cafe Rio undergo intensive training in order to make every meal a masterpiece. With no freezers or microwaves, the food is fresh and never processed. When it comes to meat, Cafe Rio only uses the best of the best; the beef is USDA Choice and the chicken and pork are deemed “Highest Quality.” Cafe Rio Mexican Grill catering uses the same high standards as the food prepared in each restaurant.
